Problems with Dell support and customer service?

In December I purchased a Dell Inspiron Notebook ($1700) and Dell On Call support ($149). Numerous problems have come up. Software has been uninstalled by tech “support” while attempting to resolve my issues. Most support is from overseas. I contacted the Better Business Bureau noticing there are many complaints similar to mine. Now I get an e-mail from Dell saying to me and the Better Business Bureau it has resolved my issue “above and beyond” by crediting me back for removed programs and the Dell On Call Support services I purchased. I did not expect to lose support entirely. Recommendations and solutions is what I seek and will appreciate. Thanks.
Dell retracted all open tickets therefore no more support. This is the 2nd (or replacement) computer from Dell. The first one came with a defective video card.

Dell DOES NOT have a decent tech in the whole world.

Take your refunded support money and find yourself a decent tech. You will not find one at Geek Squad, or circuit city. Ask your friends if they know of a good one.
